The Ultimatum provides a platform for creating and sharing requests and ultimatums for various purposes (such as engagement rings, vacations, moving in, etc.) with countdown timers. Users can upload images, set specifications, establish deadlines, and generate shareable links.

This Service is for entertainment and communication purposes only. It does not create any legal obligations, binding contracts, or guarantees of any kind.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• Personal or relationship issues arising from ultimatum use
• Unauthorized access to your content or account
• Any damages exceeding $100 USD or the amount paid for the Service (if any)
• Third Party Services: We are not responsible for any third party services, products, or offers (including jewelry stores) that you may interact with through our Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Ultimatum, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
